  11. You need 33/100 cup of Bacon Grease (secret ingredient).

  13. Prepare 2 tbsp of Oregano.

Just put it in the crockpot and you've got dinner! Spoiler alert: this veggie crockpot lasagna wasn't super pretty. More like just a whole bunch of broken noodles and vegetables, sauce, and cheese. This dish is easy to make in the crock pot.

  1. Melt 1/3 cup bacon grease in large pan with lid on medium heat. I can make the meal earlier in the day so I'm not busy getting the dinner ready right before company arrives. This crockpot lasagna recipe isn't too friendly for those with a dairy allergy (since there is a lot of cheese), but it is gluten free. We had this for dinner last night! I wanted to make a lasagna in a crockpot instead of the oven and I didn't want to use zucchini or spaghetti squash… sooo I thought fresh SPINACH!!!
