Ingredients of Monster's Party witch, ghosts & pumpkin waffles
- You need 1/2 cup of Refined flour.
- You need 1/2 cup of Wheat flour.
- You need 2-3 tbsp of melted butter.
- It’s 1 cup of Milk.
- Prepare 4 tbsp of Powder sugar.
- It’s 1/4 tsp of Salt.
- You need 1 of Lemon juice.
- You need 1 of Lemon jest.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of Cinnamon powder.
- You need 1 tsp of Baking powder.
- It’s 1/4 tsp of Baking soda.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of Dry ginger powder.
- You need 2-3 tbsp of Pumpkin puree.
- You need 1/4 tsp of Vanilla essence.
- Prepare as needed of Food colours (green, orange, black).
Monster's Party witch, ghosts & pumpkin waffles instructions
- First of all sieve refined four, wheat flour by adding baking powder, baking soda and salt then add cinnamon powder, dry ginger powder and powder sugar.
- Take another bowl and mix milk, butter, pumpkin puree, lemon juice and lemon jest.
- Now mix wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and combine them altogether.. Give a rest of 5 minutes to activate the batter,check the consistency of batter, it should and't much runny or thick,If needed add some milk or flour to adjust consistency.
- Divide the batter into 3 portions.Add green food colour in a small portion of batter and add black food colour in small portion of batter,add orange food colour in the rest of the batter.
- Grease the waffle maker or griller with a little bit of butter.
- Firstly put some green batter as header on the griller then make 2 eyes, nose and mouth with black batter. Pour orange batter over it and bake for 5 minutes or till the waffle get golden brown colour.
- Take out the waffle from waffle maker.
- Your halloween pumpkin waffles r ready.
- Serve.
