Ingredients of Honey Nuts Granola Bars
- Prepare 1 cup of muesli.
- Prepare 1 tbspn of dried cranberries.
- Prepare 2 tbspn of pumpkin seeds.
- You need 1/2 cup of brown sugar.
- It’s 3 tbspn of honey.
- Prepare 2 tbspn of butter.
- Prepare 1 pinch of salt.
Honey Nuts Granola Bars step by step
- Keep all ingredients ready. I had pumpkin seeds and cranberries so I've used them. (You can add any nuts or rasins or pitted and chopped dates).
- Line a tray with foil/parchment paper. Dry roast the muesli in a nonstick pan. Just for 3 minutes till crisp..
- Melt butter add sugar and honey. Keep the flame low.Let it boil..
- When it starts to bubble switch of flame and add salt. Toss in the muesli and mix until well combined..
- Spoon the mixture into the tray and press tightly. Cover with foil and refrigerate for 2 hours..
- Take out of refrigerator and allow to come to room temperature. It will be a solid block. Cut into bars..
- Yummy Granola Bars are ready to munch. Store in airtight container at room temperature. Stays fresh for a week..
