1. Cut the pieces either side of the apple core off.
2. Cut those 2 pieces in half.
3. Cut a line about 1cm in from the edge but don't cut all the way.
4. Flip the piece over and repeat on the other side until you can remove the middle section.
5. Repeat for all pieces.
6. Spread jam on the inside cut surfaces.
7. Stick pieces of cut or flaked almond in for teeth. Do the shorter side first then the longer side, it's easier!.
